Abbreviated Dialing

With Abbreviated Dialing, you can make calls by punching just a one or two digit code. You can store local numbers as well as STD and international numbers.

Stored abbreviated numbers may be purged from the stored list

Don’t Disturb

Whether you're in a meeting or need to reserve some hours for your private life; activate Don’t Disturb on your phone and the caller will get a busy tone until you chose to allow them to reach you through your landline.

This is a variable service. That means you may activate, deactivate or change your settings any time, from your phone.

Outgoing calls may still be placed by you while Don’t Disturb is active.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting service allows you to accept another incoming call while you're already on a phone call. The network will alert you through a special tone. This facility also allows you to make a second call while you are already on a call.

Call Back (local exchange only)

When you dial a number and its busy, register Call Back request and the exchange will inform you when the number is free. The facility is limited only to local called numbers.

Conference Call

A great service to bring together loved ones even when they are geographically separated. You can share your views with more than one person or hold meetings and discussions with your friends and business partners on telephone through SCO Conference Call value added service.

Up to 2 people can join you in a conference call and chat for as long as you like.

Absent Subscriber

Much like Don’t Disturb value added service, this service too facilitates you how you like your callers to be responded when you are not around. This service is quite useful when you are away for a long period of time. It lets the callers know that you are not able to attend the call for a specific period of time.

Wake Up Call

Unable to wake up in the morning! This service facilitates waking you up in the morning at the desired time by ringing phone bells.

Dial *558*Telephone Number# from your telephone and the service will be activated on your phone

Caller Line Identification (CLI)

CLI displays caller’s telephone number on your telephone set to inform you timely for any expected or unexpected call. You can decide whether to attend the call or go for another option when busy or yet not prepared for the call.

Call Barring

Sometimes you need to control your outgoing calls. Whether you are going out of town or you are trying to control your bills or even disallowing calls to someone, our Call Barring service allows you to disable outgoing at your will.

Call Forward/Transfer

PSTN allows you through Call Forwarding/Transfer facility to remain in touch with your callers even when you are away and unable to attend phone.

Call Forward/Transfer facility transfers calls from your home phone to a number you choose, whether it is a mobile or another phone. Forward your calls to a number closer to your current location and thus not to miss a call. Presently calls can only be transferred to SCO based numbers.

Friends and Family Numbers

Friends and Family service offers you to add up to 3 numbers in the list. When added, you may call any of these numbers at a discounted rate and cut your monthly bill by almost half.

These numbers may be called at rates specified in Tariff. When needed, any of these numbers may be changed as per your personal preferences.
