Procedure for Subscription

You may obtain a new SCOM connection from any of our Customer Service Centre / Franchisees Outlets by filling the Customer Agreement Form available at all these outlets after producing original CNIC Card along with an attested copy of CNIC. Following are the requirements for acquiring a new SCOM SIM / connection:

  • Individual desiring to get a new connection must visit our Customer Service Centre / Franchisee Outlet by himself.
  • The individual will be provided with a Customer Agreement Form which will be filled by the subscriber deposited with the sales representative along with a copy of CNIC.
  • Sales representative will verify the customer’s ID card and information provided by the customer in the Customer Agreement Form.

Charges for new connection are Rs. 100/- .

Only one connection will be issued against one Customer Agreement Form. An individual desiring to get more than one connections, may fill in separate form and make payment for each connection. One individual may get a maximum of 10 connections.

Mobile connection (SIM) will be issued after the details of Customer Agreement Form have been verified from NADRA by SCO. SCO reserves the right to block any SIM whose particulars have not been verified by NADRA.

Mobile connection will be issued without any delay after depositing of SCOM connection form, from the same SCOM Customer Service Centre.

In cases where an applicant is unable to appear at SCOM Customer Service Centre, his/her representative may collect the form on his/her behalf. The representative must, however, be in possession of an authority letter bearing specimen signatures of the bearer duly verified and authorized by the intended subscriber. In such cases, photocopies of NICs of both will also be deposited along with the application form. The form will essentially be signed by the individual himself.

If SCOM SIM is stolen, a new SIM can be issued against payment of Rs. 100.00, after verification of CNIC card from NADRA.
