Your lost/ stolen SIM or mobile set is something that must be reported immediately to the police. If your mobile or SIM falls into the hands of someone who uses it in an illegal activity; a trace on a call made by the criminal might lead the law enforcing agencies to you.

To save you from such embarrassment, please report the matter before it becomes too late.

• Police at 15 to report your missing SIM or mobile
• PTA toll-free number at 0800-25625 and get your missing SIM or mobile registered

IMEI Number

Every mobile has a unique IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), which can be used to trace or block a mobile phone. You can get your mobile IMEI number by dialing *#06# on your mobile phone. Copy and store this number in a safe place for reference.

Get Your SIM Blocked

SCO will block your SIM. Please also provide IMEI of your lost mobile set for tracing your mobile set with your present address and phone number.

Verify Your Handset

Verify that your mobile phone is not listed against stolen mobile sets, especially so if you have purchased a second hand mobile set. Click here to verify your set.
